The Edersee- waterflying event, organised by Martin Amend and the Team
from Campingpark Teichmann is meanwhile the biggest
waterflying-event in Germany. Big fun! :-)
Wildensee-1 is based on a GWS-Slowstick. Motor is a Conrad.
Battery is a 1200-3S-lipo. The original idea is from the user Jimsp at rcgroups. Here's a link to one of several threads including links to the plan.

Not much to say about this one. A little bit on the heavy side
weighing 1700 gramm including sexy Barbie, which is responsible for the name Loreley. :-)) Loreley was, according to an old
german fairytail the name of a beautifull young lady sitting on the shore of the river Rhine nearby Rüdesheim. Her beauty and
nice singing was the cause for many drowned ships, because the captains got distracted. :-)
After the Edersee-meeting the wooden central float was soaked
with water and started to molder. When i realised that a few weeks later it was too late. So i replaced the central float with
a new one, which look much more like a real boat.
Konrad Adenauer was the first german chancellor after WW2. As german chancellor he was strictly against any
experiments, but as a private person he was involved in an autogyro project called Rhöndorf, which operated from the
river Rhine. Read the full story, maybe via google translator in this
german thread at RC-Network.de . My special thanks go to Alexander McLeod Thomson, David A. Ramsey, Dieter Gerblinger and Stefan Kroiss.
Without their big support this model would not have been become true. Thanks, guys!
